This is very well done! 
The green light is a great idea. However the lighting on the girl could've been just a bit better. Here's a great tutorial for rim lighting : ,which I think would've made the lighting better in this case. Also, the picture is a bit too sharp.
But overall, the photomanip is great. Looking forward to more such pieces from you.
