it's all photoshop! There's a feature called timeline in the more recent versions that let you animate stuff and make gifs. it's not... AMAZING for making animations, but I essencially make a bunch of copy of the original drawing, tint shifted each one to make the rainbow, move stripes of it around on a few frames to have the glitchy effect and layeres about 3 looping frames of statics on top.

Could probably have been done a lot faster in a different program, but photoshop is the only one I really know how to save gifs in (I just hate video editing softwares. There's ALWAYS something going wrong along the way for some reason lol).

well I use firealpaca all you gotta do it turn on onion skin mode and export it in onion skin mode it also work with layers thanks for the help on how to do that glitch effect

The paradoxal and uncertain nature of Gaster is what makes him so fun to play around with! Just think about it; he's the one that created the core and without him it wouldn't exist, yet his existance was erased from existance and there it still stands... It's not like the resets. It's not a new timeline. He was there and one day he wasn't yet his impact on the world remained, but with no trace of him left. How does that even work

Also, he is watching and listening yes. But I like to think it's not Frisk or even [Chara] he follows... it's YOU
