Google search some type of used book store or something and see if you get results in your area.
Other choices are, of course, ebay, or amazon.com.
I was going to suggest a website called paperbackswap.com, but unfortunately, it seems to only be an American based site/business.
When all else fails, massively search the internet for everything!!

if all else fails, just search the internet like crazy. You may find it somewhere free readed online or something like that.
You could always ask her to buy it for you.
On amazon you get get the complete Vampire Chronicles book set pretty cheap. XP
