The color scheme matches the character, the red and dark blue clothing looks interesting. The face, hands , and feet look good in proportion, and the animation is smooth. The way the hair and clothing looks very natural, the only thing i have to say about the animation is the purse in front of the broom. The timing is a little off there. The eye colors are really interesting and the little cat is adorable. Good job on this one (=

Now this is a lovely one. Although as lovely as it is, I can't help but feel that the feet are a bit off. As her knees are in front of her and her legs would be back where they bend at the ankle for the feet. Yet when her skirt waves and reveals her ankles, they seem to show that their going upwards? So her ankles don't seem bent. Thus giving her an odd kinda dwarfish feeling since they seem to go up instead of bending forward as to follow her legs up to her knees which are in front.
I don't mean to nitpick or anything, it's merely something I'd hope to point out to help you further yourself. ' u' The body is a wonderful thing that connects and forms together in many ways. Perspective and such can change they way it seems to be shaped, but despite that the one thing that never changes is the way it acts.
