On the whole boob thing, I do believe that if she were real, she'd have breasts. But they'd be barely visible from under that thick white forest of fur on her chest. So if you were to add breasts on her, the viewer would only see the bottoms of them. That's just how I imagine her.
Although it's completely up to you whether you add them or not. I'll still love this pic just the same! X3
