ok so i drew him off of a screenshot i snagged from watching a video on line, then i scanned my drawing and live traced and colored him in illustrator. i didnt really want to get too detailed for the background because i pretty much wanted it done.

he is one of the many great villains of Courage the cowardly dog, one of my favorite shows ever made. this is the scene right before he makes muriel scream by mixing colors and whites in the washing machine. then after courage runs in all the villains gang up on him in a game of dodgeball.
