It's-a that time again!! POPPY TIME!!!

Unless you haven't already guessed... poppies are, without doubt, my favourite flower! And earlier this year I planted my first batch of Californian and Icelandic poppies, and the first one has just "popped-up" (haha... bad pun) so I'm very happy.

Poppies always seem to mark one of my favourite times of the year... which is not actually any specific time of the year really... it either happens in about November, late January/February or even March/April. It's when the direct sunlight hides behind the clouds and the summer rain comes out to play. It's such a comfortable and beatiful atomosphere that we, luckily, had for quite a long period of time earlier this year.

So I want to wish everybody a happy poppy-season!
