Birthday present for ~snapthatsmilesback <3
I think I read somewhere that you like Okami? =3

Okami is a great game, and I did it no justice with this
I hardly ever do scenic backgrounds, so I thought I'd give this one a shot, but then I also had to do lighting since it's dark and there's a moon, but I've never done lighting either, so the whole thing was kind of this huge experimental thing. and there are many things I'm not satisfied with in this piece
-the lighting looks like a total noob did it
-the foreground and background don't look connected (maybe cuz I didn't plan for a background in the beginning...^^')
-the fire...on the reflector..looks....bad.
-Issun doesn't look right
-I must've made like ten mistakes on amaterasu's markings and stuff
-I think I made the foreground too big and the background too small...
-my anatomy, as always, is a great source of my despair

well there's my rant. SAI and Photoshop. 3 hours.

EDITS:
-Well, Snap/SugarSmiles said she wants to print it out, but that shouldn't be a problem because I drew it at like 300 dpi 8D (I have no idea why, but I did ^^')...
