I need your opinion asap!
This was originally taken for a photography challenge where one is supposed to depict fire, earth, wind or water.

This is one of two photos I took but I don't know which I like best. What do you think?

[EDIT] I decided to choose this one for the challenge

Just some additional info:
That is an actual burn. Don't ask me how it became skull shaped because I have absolutely no idea....but I'm really glad it came out that way. The face was drawn on a separate paper beneath the burnt one. I know there is a bit of a flash problem but please consider that I'm using a defective tiny digicam and no tripod or lighting so I had to work with what I had
