Thanks to a good friend of mine, I'm now descending into watercolour hell. I've always wanted to do watercolour...but she has provided me with the starting point and now I would not be able to stop :'D Welp, time to git gud. Also, apologies for the less than stellar photo, I have no good scanner and have to rely on my phone camera :T Granted I should've taken a photo in the morning with proper lighting but eh this is my first full watercolour thingy so I can't really be botheredI'm also feeling a bit better now so huzzahCharacter is Grimm from Hollow Knight

Nice watercolor.
The picture quality is fine. You should look at one of my picture uploads - those things have terrible lighting and quality because I have a $50 android phone. Or don't - I'm not trying to self-advertise.

I like the effect you've achieved with the watercolours!
Whenever I try, it always bleeds like crazy even if I use special watercolour paper and I make a huge mess ;w;
Though you on the other hand seem to have gotten the hang of it really well!

Ahhh maybe you were using too much water? Personally, I skimp on the water part of watercolour despite it's name xD It helps to control where the colour goes and you could maybe try testing it out what the limits are on a rough piece of paper as a scape goat. I actually did a lot of brush stroke testing on a separate piece of paper beforehand...suffice to say, that paper is utterly destroyed xD

I understand that, I'm just saying that I have trouble controlling the amount of water on the brush. Though that wasn't the main point of the comment, the point was to compliment the drawing, whilst also giving a personal touch to the comment.
