This is sad, because while Ciel was only acting, seeing Sebastian like that brought back the horrible memories of his father's death. He probably used that memory to set off his PTSD to look convincing to the patriots.
Sebastian looking like Vincent makes it worse for Ciel, regardless of the mission and that Sebastian is still alive.
