Because I love Luffy the most! Sadly, my scanner killed the colours. Not cool scanner, not cool.Reference: Back of the first volume of One Piece.
Time: ~ 2 days. Because I'm slow like that.
Tools: Ultra fine tipped Sharpie, Crayola pencil crayons. Because I'm cool like that and Photoshop was being dumb.
