I think it's pretty effective tho. Like I've never seen this combination before and it doesn't seem to me like they lack something. You don't have to overdo designs if they work on their own like in this case. One thing you could like add or think about is the possibility of having more than one phantom thingie attached to the character, like they ate other bearers or they adopted or cleansed something that was cursed, taking the curse withing themselves and developing another companion or something. It's just an idea tho. Overall I think it's really pretty! >;3
