i made this today.. request pokemon, animals... idc.. it was fun to make.. about 30 minutes with ms paint and gimp 2ENJOY!!
if you are to use this PLEASE WRITE SOMEWHERE LIKE IN THE SIGNITURE THAT THIS WAS MADE BY ME CAUSE THERE ARENT ANY OTHER EEVEE LICKY ICONS THAT ARE EEVEE'S NATURAL COLORS!!! I WOULD LIKE CREDIT!!

i colored the base in paint, then changed each frame to a 50x50 picture, then used a website to make it a gif
