Colored it straight in photoshop. But I outlined it first before scanning

But others scan it even if it's not outlined. They just darken the outline in adobe but have to delete the extra lines manually to smoothen it

Wow...I haven't seen or heard anything about Power Stone, in a long time. As for the piece... Perspective, coloring, and shading work out very good. I think you should have drawn out the background as well, since the characters are animated.
