Here is a couple of photos of a plushie I made of Green Day's "Heart Grenade" logo from there 'American Idiot' album (The album that got me into Green Day when I was 15)It took me a couple of weeks to make, I had to cut everything out by hand.. then glue all the red and white bits of felt onto the black felt and then hand sew it all together. I probably could have finished it in sooner but I tend to get distracted a lot, hahaha!

It is 16cm (or 6.3" inches) from the top of the grenade pin to the bottom point of the grenade; And it is about 4cm (1.5" inches) thick

I just like their old stuff better. The slower songs don't really connect considering they're a punk rock band. It might just be that I've been listenjng to American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown a lot lately. I'm not complaining though, I'm glad they're still up and writing music and Billie Joe is going to write what Billie Joe wants and hes not going to take shit from anyone.
I stumbled upon this when I was looking up plush patterns and I was like, "Hey I wonder if theres any Green Day plush ideas." I thought maybe some band member plushes or maybe even a Saint Jimmy would come up but I found this and I really love the concept. I might just add the hand to mine though and I will post it and maybe the template if it works out and I will most certainly credit you. This idea is brilliant. c: My room is lacking Green Day.

I've really enjoyed the new albums. I didn't think 21CB was good.. I don't really like it. But American Idiot backwards is just EPIC!
