Personality: Hugo is a very mischievous and prank happy Pokemon. He will constantly try his best to fool and trick those around him to get others to laugh. Sometimes though his pranks can go a bit to far and he is too proud to apologize to those he may have hurt. He tries his best to be a good mon but sometimes his impulsive nature takes over and he can't help himself from being rude to others. Usually though if he hurts someone he really cares about he will try to make it up to them as much as possible. That person is really only Nero .

Relationships:

Nero : His best friend and the mon he cares about the most at the ranch. He enjoys how they both love pranks but sometimes Nero has to apologize to others on his behalf since he doesn't like to own up to stuff.

Apep : Thinks he's the second funniest mon on the ranch (besides Nero) mostly due to the reactions he gives to pranks. Will never admit it but actually does look up to him for how hard he tries to keep things in order.
