I like it, but I thought that it was Huntail at first (poke-fail DX). The bell on its back should have been a dead giveaway T.T. Anyways the dress is an interesting idea for Lanturn, good job^^

Oh wow! This is an amazing design. The yellow (frills? not sure what to call them) looks sooo mesmorizing... also her train is very well done, good use of shadows and depth. Oh and have you heard of sketchbloc.com? it's a community for people interested in fashion to display their work and meet other designers. I thought you might be interested!
