Yaaay photos of Arceus!I have to say I might've had a slight power trip while cosplaying the god(goddess) of pokemon.
My hood doesn't stay up at like all, but it is there, and its Arceus' entire mane of a hood XD

haha its my favorite part, it wasn't easy though, I stuffed it so its super heavy, and the grommets took forever and the bulb thingies took so much spray paint and hot glue XD

Ooooh, did you try running a wire along the outside seam of the hood to help with the not-standing-up?

It wouldn't help I don't think because its the sheer wait of the mane-hood that drags it down.
