History:
Raphael, as the archangel was one of the few angels that stood beside God himself. He was the leader of the Four Choir of angels, tasked to heal all those who need it. He was the calming water to his siblings, who are almost always at each other's throats trying to please their Father.

As the custodian of the Tree of Life, Raphael was there when the serpent entered the gates of Eden, soiling the purity of humanity, which made him feel partly responsible for the fall of Man. This, his ever so helpful soul, and Uriel's nagging, made him agree to help his sister in her plan as the healer to her army.

Though over the time, he feels conflicted with the whole plan of using these human beings, sinful not by choice, as pawns for their war. Of course being the helpful big brother, he'll just keep doing his job for his little sister.

Personality:
Raphael has this talent of staying neutral and calm even if the sky is falling, which can both be refreshing or disturbing to panicking students who are dying like flies. A giant with a soft heart, he's forever helpful to anyone in need, be it angels, humans or even demons.

Standing at eight foot, unsettling theater masks floating in some bluish-green liquid, not to mention having a voice that seems to speak directly to the mind, he easily scares students who only come to him for help in healing making his job even harder. His feelings also gets hurt easily by comments about his apparent "weirdness".

His sympathy over pretty much everything that has a soul makes him questionable about the morale of the whole plan, torn between helping his sister, fulfilling his duty as an angel, or helping out those who need him.
