I wanted to try my hand at creating pets for adorable chiots and this is what my hand created =u= These guys may be in a project I'm doing later on Let me introduce to you Beetle Lat's and Chi's XD

Beetle Lat: Can be Tamed; but causes immense pain to the Beetle Lat
A tiny six legged creature that lives in the tiny burrows in trees that they make themselves. Beetle Lats obtained their name for having six legs like a beetle and the acid ability of the Bombardier Beetle. They spary/ spit an acidic liquid that is strong enough to dissolve wood and rock. Using this liquid they are able to make tiny hollows in trees to live. But before they do this, they use their smaller upper ears to sense how thick a tree/rock is and how long it would live for. Basically, don't let them lick you cause, they will burn your fur off. XD You could still hold it and everything though! Beetle Lat's live in a colony of 20 or more. They are very tiny, so the more the better!!
Common in any forest area; rare in desert areas.
Active both Day and Night.

Their fur also comes in two types:- Earth Brown (for example the one above) and Silvery Rock (this fur type is a light silverish color with a white underbelly)
Danger Level:

Chi: Can be Tamed
A small four legged mammal. This litter critter is called a Chi because of it's adorable way of only saying "Chi!" They also communicate with purrs and squeaks. Chi's are mostly very brave despite their small stature, so brave that they are able to come up very close to any Chiot and demand love/snuggles with big eyes. When Chi's aren't bothering Chiots they usually live their lives eating berries, chasing each other with squeals of joy or grooming their ear fluffs. Also, if you are on an expedition you may want to look back often because these little things are highly curious and will follow you. X3 Chi's live in a colony of no more than 10.
Common in any forest area and desert area (for the desert setting, their big ears help to regulate their body temperature)
Active mainly during the Day.

Their main fur can come in any earthly color (Dusty Red, Snow White, Starry Night, Cloud Cream and Coco Brown) but their ear fluffs and tail are black no matter what.
