I know these aren't the correct colors for the characters, but I wanted to have a little fun with it. Cadugan is one of my favorite characters in YAFGC -- I have a fondness for witty elves.

*Starlitdragon insisted that I try out her copic markers before she left, and after watching how she made her beautiful art with them, I decided to give them a try This was my first time using copics, and I dare say I enjoyed myself more than I thought I would (I was expecting failure, actually).

The thing that worried me the most was inking the sketch; my hand isn't all that steady. I found it's very hard to paint over the mistakes made during the inking stage (such as the mouth, oh well).

What I enjoyed most about using the copics was how bright and solid the colors were, which is something I found hard to achieve with just watercolors and acrylics. still, I couldn't resist using paint just to add more detail.
