A while back I rewatched all the episodes of Power Puff Girls. After a while, I found myself rather inspired by Him, because he is the undisputed best villian EVER. So here he is, looking fabulously sinister with his ducky Mr. Quackers. Also, I gave him a monster chair, because why not? He deserves it.Related content

I am in complete agreement with your comment. His boots' shine is excellent and I love the chair's design. Suggestion: I think the white bits at the bottom of the flame would look better if they were colored- maybe blue, like a realistic flame.

Thank you so much! As for the flame, I left it white on purpose so it WOULD be realistic. A lighter flame is sometimes blue on the bottom, but in most fires, they flame does appear to get white towards the base: [link]

The first time I saw him I was like "Chick". Found out HE infact was not a "Chick" and then got kind of creeped out until one ep. where he was all talking to Mr. Quackers and did the bubble bath scene and I was strangely "attracted" (Not at all sexually) to his character.
