I really should be studying right now, but with shirtless Eric as my pc's wallpaper, it's painfully difficult to concentrate or even think of anything else

I hope this isn't too crappy, and at least a tiny bit of this man's almost unbearable sexiness is depicted on my ever first attempt to draw him

Thank you very much! I'm glad you like this one, I didn't took much time to check for mistakes or shading problems etc, as soon as it was finished, I scanned it
I was under True Blood's fever back then(I still am, but now I have to wait for the fourth season until the summer)

Thank you very much, I instantly fell in love with him ever since the first season of True Blood aired here in greece, and when he cut his hair off........I thought: could he get any better??! As it seems he COULD!!
So it was pure fate drawing a portrait of my nordic sweetheart!
i coloured only his eyes because he seemed a bit empty and truly cold in complete black'n'white and I tried this "trick" to make him more likable

Really like how you did his eyes and the high contrast shading, that's always difficult to pull off without going overboard love it!

Thanks a lot, but I think I'd do much better if I'd work on it some more-but I was so excited, that I just wanted to post it and have some True Blood fanart in my gallery!

If you haven't watched it yet I totally reccomend it! It's just great, it combines and shows every cool, sexy, dangerous and mysterious aspect of any character on the show, and along with some bloody scenes, just a tiny bit of mythological creatures, and gorgeous guys, I don't think it can get better than that (second season's 8th episode airs tonight I can't wait!)

Oh, it is...I'm addicted and now I have to find something as good to be addicted to, because the 3rd season has just started in the US and the 2nd season ended last night here...now I must wait until September when it'll be licensed for Greece too (or I can watch it online I've always prefered to watch movies and series without subtitles anyway)
Well, more tv isn't always good...try never in fact But it's good for bringing us shows like "true blood" and "house"

I completely love the high contrast shading, I think it works out great. And the gaze and expression are just too perfect. (so NOOO it’s not too crappy, silly girl ) I’d certainly want to see a full effort portrait of this guy from you

Well, the high shading's because his skin is really pale (not only due to vampire make-up, but 'cause he's a Swedish candy too)and there's always some shadow around his face. (ooh, mystery!)
