This is HaikuBaiku's awesome dress pose. I Modded the hair to match my character x3 because unfortunately none of my characters so far have long wavy locks.Please don't claim the art as yours, because it belongs to Haikubaiku. Do not claim this specific coloring as yours, because this character belongs to me. This is a pose for Velocity/Cyberry on chats.
Chose to have the dress off her shoulder on one side and on her shoulder on the other because she'd most likely be dancing and it would get lopsided x3.
Afro because Vel has an afro in anthro form.

;o; thanks. This character is the leader of my RPG pack and one of my main 'sonas' (Besides Indigo, of course). She has moon powers and I generally love the moon/nighttime XD so why not put it in a dress?
Of course now I want that dress IRL.
