I think she really is wearing glitter. XDDD Come to think of it.. Hahaha, when i have the time, i can show yah. XD But its really just a layer by layer technique, starting from light to dark.
Too bad my scanner sucks >< It looked a lot better on paper.

That would be awesome....Do you use a lot of water at first? Do you have a smaller brush to make such tiny 'glitter flakes' ? I also adore the rainbow wash behind her....It's so subtle it got ignored in my first comment! D: This won't stand XD How did you do that without brushing into the character paint areas? Ugh, I'm so sorry, you don't have to answer any of that noob-questions XD
Mm, scanners do that...But it looks perfectly pretty here too :3

Yup, more water first to make the paint light and i use a small brush to make small tiny glitter flakes. XD But you odn't wanna put too much water or else it'll just be really wet. XD Then after it dries, another layer that's darker. XD
Awwww. :3 Its more on control XD and if the paint accidentally overlaps on the main drawing, i just use tissue to wipe it off so it doesn't create a permanent mess. XD NO! It's not a problem at all.XD
