long story seriously short, SOPA is an internet censor that's going to ruin are internet completly.
It's a bill created by the goverment for the American internet, and it's going to affect anyone using music without actual concentment from the group.
In other words, if on youtube, a little girl dances to a Lady Gaga song, the video will be taken down, Youtube will be taken down, Youtube company staff imprisoned and fined.
It also affect those who download films and music, like that's why Megaupload has been taken down. those who created and run Megaupload are in prison, along with others that simply did this for us.
Problem is, more countries are getting into the idea, and Canada now has a bill that might pass as well, called C-11, and Nico of-France wants to pass one too.
Luckily Obama pushed SOPA aside.....for now.
But another bill has appeared for Americans, and it's worse. it's called ACTA, thought i'm not really sure about it.
