I really like your shading. It's pretty minimalistic, but the few shadows that are there really add a lot to the image (I probably would have put part of her left arm in shadow as well though~).
Also, I think this looks incredibly clean for a sketch. Good job!

In the Japanese version of Pokémon Adventures, she is referred to as Blue since Blue is referred to as Green.
...yeah Pokémon localization has a confusing history

In Japan, Balrog is M. Bison, M. Bison is Vega, and Vega is Balrog.
