According to some pre-release material from E3, along with the male player character being Victor.
I do refer to them with those names for now but there's a very good chance they'll change it later, considering a lot of pre-release material gave the Pokemon player characters different names than what they ended up with in the final product (such as Hilbert and Hilda (Black and White) being Blair and Whitlea, Calem and Serena (X and Y) being Xavier and Yvonne, and [following example especially standing out since these characters already had names for over a decade] May and Brendan [their Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire carnations] being called Orlando and Anna).
