Awesome depth of field!
I really like how shallow it is and how it makes the main subject matter stand out more overall. It's quite intense how the eyes seem to be bleeding or dripping down the face, rather, and how there are no features other than that. I feel as if the blue tone captures the atmosphere and mood in a pretty profound way and... yeah, the lighting isn't too bad either with the way it graduates from light to dark. There are also a few shadows which add further depth to things too, which is quite cool.
I don't really have any suggestions... just that you could tone down the brightness, maybe, and increase the contrast, but eh.
It's pretty good as it is.

well, i really could think in the song when i see this photo. I think also in a poem, I don't know if you know it. It begins like this: "Sucede que me canso de ser hombre" and it means also like "It happens that I get tired of being man". It calls "Walking Around". Very nice work, nice to meet you... looking beyond your eyes
