sequel to [link]One day me & ~fareedamatt exchanged our tablets to try them out. This lasts for about 10 days.
AND YES both tablets helped me to color this comic.
Well they both do have some pros & cons. But lol TABLET ECSTASY~ XD
and FYI I did install ToonBoom already. Just needed someone else's computer to transfer the files from the installation CD to my pendrive and BAM. Imma do the same for ArtRage. Haven't tried that yet.

I'm looking for a tablet too, and I'm wondering... should I get a Bamboo Splash, Capture, or Create? This will be my first tablet. I'm no professional either, I'm just a hobbyist. Thanks.

I havent heard about those three though, I only know Bamboo Pen, Bamboo Pen & Touch & Bamboo Fun. Are they new?

Not really, they came out a while ago; there are also more new tablets that came out just recently, maybe a few weeks ago!

Well, Bamboo Splash is sort of a beginners, getting-started-with-tablets sort of thing.I've been trying to find some good reviews for it, but Youtube is probably not the best way to do that...I heard the Splash is very sketchy and not very professional...
Capture works well with editing Photos like in PhotoShop, but that's really all I know...
Create is probably the best way to go. I was thinking about buying it soon (once I get the money, cuz I'm broke XD). It's had awesome reviews from BestBuy, along with a few others from other stores. I want this tablet SO BAAAD
It has great pressure sensitivity, a fairly open work space (it has a lot of blank, pointless space, God knows why...), and an easy grip pen, and it's SO BEAUTIOUS
I recommend the Create mostly XD

hey im in the market for a cheap tablet that will work pretty well, this will be the first one ill get and i do mostly drawings, i use windows XP on my PC, got any ideas??

Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch. It's cheap but it's great. Just read my review on my profile if you have doubts on buying a wacom tablet.

maybe THAT Kanvus model, but not all, cuz *potsmokindino who has some AWESOME SICK talent and the same exact tablet (Kanvus Light 64) said his tablets work just fine and his digital drawings are still as awesome as his traditional ones.

i dunno, it's pretty easy but if you find it hard, you have to practice until you get used to it. and it beats drawing with a mouse.

Sort of, the only differences are the way the brushes work and there is no magic wand or select tool. It's a bit more challenging to use, but it's great once you learn how!
