Yeah, you need to have MikuMikueffect installed in your MMD to make it work. And you need to have a pretty good graphics card.

I have MME in my MMD, But the Graphics card thingy.. i know nothing about... how high quality does it need to be??

Well I'm not an expert, but certain MME will only work with a pretty good graphics card. Also, if you already have MME in there, all you need to do is find the download for Autoluminous and load it as an accessory and the stage will glow as it is in this picture.

You can get it from bowlroll but Google might be your best bet.

I don't have it. But you can find it on the Scarlet Devil Stage pack (look in the folders when you get it) on Bowlroll...plus I don't feel like uploading it on this stupid laggy computer....

No you can use the .mqo to .pmd free plugin or turn it into an .x file and import it to PMD editor.
