Description
This was done rather hastily for a design contest. It needs tightening, but time was a factor I had to get them something. Gene is suppose to appear washed out and a bit unfinished. That was intentional to the design, I was referencing the old psychedelic Beatles poster's. They rejected my other two designs where I used my actual old illustrations posted here...not sure why.It is entered into a competition and I am not getting much response, so if you like it I would appreciate your vote. It's free and easy to vote, you do have to become a member, but any artist here should, they run contest's with nice cash prizes.

Hey Chris, I entered 29 different designs in the same contest, but did not get much response to my designs.
This was more of a popularity contest than a design contest. I did buy one of the KISS shirts that won.

I recognized the Beatlesque theme too. I don't know the guys from KISS (Well, I know some of their names but I can't associate that with their faces), I think the lower left is the best one (design, I mean.).

I seriously like this. Its a great tribute to the genre and your use of solarized filters reminds me of Roger Dean or the original Woodstock movie.
I hope it does well.
