lol I do play a lot of sonic games, but I don't really pay that much attention so I don't know any of the badniks.

not really desperate as people complain for them all the time. The sonic fan base is very interesting, it's split into 4 main groups
1. the genesis lovers
2. the dreamcast/adventure lovers
3. boost sonic lovers
4. people who generally like sonic across the board
so literally no matter what sega does with sonic, there will always be complaints.

they try to appeal to everyone with each game....which as we all learned thanks to the internet...uh...that's not gonna happen. which is why i'm actually looking forward to sonic boom, bigredbutton has people who have worked on some real gems of games and it's probably the closest thing to another adventure game we're going to get. sega is also working on another sonic game however we still know nothing about it which is interesting.
