Inkscape is a free vector-based program similar to adobe illustrator. It's actually a really great program. This was created in it. I followed a tutorial and even made a few mistakes but it still came out nice. Some of you may not know this but i'm actually somewhat of a graphic designer. I'm technically "certified" by my two years of schooling and i do know a decent amount of stuff in the graphic arts world. Even still i love vectors because unlike something in Krita or photoshop, vectors can be scaled infinitely without loosing quality.
