For those who don't follow my tumblr, I like to make AU versions of my characters, and sometimes I keep them :'DI wanted to bring Purity over for Freda , but there are a few things i had to change about her, her name comes from Melody's influence so it would definitely not be "Purity" if Frank/Freda has any say in it.
The rest is mostly tiny physical things, she has no dimples, her hair is darker, her nose isn't as rounded and yea :'D
Also her surname might be different for story reasons, I still have to settle on one.
I don't have much to say on her just yet :'D I'm ironing out the details myself, I'll hopefully have more to say later.

Why is commenting on your art so hard XD My gosh I just love this but its hard to pin down exactly why. Everything about it is just in perfect place. Her design is very refined and solid. Ahaha I sometimes imagine AU versions of my own characters too. It's fun to picture them in other time periods and what not. Reminds me of the stuff CLAMP likes to do with their characters.

Hnnnnn naww thank you so much ;u; I keep getting super attached the the AU versions of my characters, I really like this version of her but it mostly may be that I personally didn't like her name, that sounds really weird to say about my own character but I made her like 10 years ago and I desperately wanted to change her name but I had a reason for her having a dumb name and argh :'D At least I'll have this version I guess ahaha.
But yeeee I enjoy mucking around with AU's so much XD It's nice to just throw them into random scenarios and places and be like "yep they're a cowboy now" or whatever XD

lmao, I can understand. You get stuck with goofy things about characters because you still got that attachment, they wont quite be the same without that something no matter how silly it is XD My AU's aren't very extreme though. Like their original stories are often off the wall, but the AU's are like hey....what if they were just like...in the national guard or something. I like picturing them as everyday people in the modern world most times. My fiance however has a headcanon of one of my characters in a futuristic setting as like a bounty hunter or some shit rofl so we goof of with that.
