• you can make up a background, name, and personality ( it's completely optional)
• the winner will be decided by who put the most effort into it, and thought into it
• you can change the design a bit
• you may not use a base of any kind
• you may ENTER for more than one adopt, but you cannot WIN more than one adopt
• do not steal or claim my art/design as your own please
