Description I just have a lot of feelings for Whitney. I love her personality I love her design and I love her role in the movie

...It's super weird to draw these freaking animals without pants \(.__.)/

I wasn't gonna add a background, but I'm fucking glad I did, wow

I'm super excited about starting my New Leaf comic and draw some more Whitney

Actually, I think they *do* wear some form of pants, it's just those really, obnoxiously short hot pants you see and are like, "WTF ARE YOU WEARING?!"

Also a good guess. I stand by my Hot-Pants theory though....... does seem like something the Jock-type villagers would do. Showing off "how toned [their] legs are."
