What if Time Manipulation was an existing Quirk in the My Hero Academia universe?

I think it would be pretty cool because it is my personal favorite superpower in all of fiction where the user can control and manipulate time, the indefinite continued progress of existence and events that occur in an apparently irreversible succession from the past, through the present, into the future, in the general area or for a specific target in various ways, with the most basic of acts revolving around accelerating, slowing, stopping, and even rewinding or looping it.

As for the ways of using it I think it would most likely be like when Doctor Strange used the Time Stone in the MCU films.

I think It's a simple yet effective way of using it.

And whoever possesses this power, whenever It's a hero or a villain, would probably be the most powerful being in the universe! O-O
