So this little illustration is for my friends at the Burning Man festival. Just a couple days after I painted the ladybugs on this one, I found 2 real ones crawling about on my kitchen ceiling. I've never seen them come inside in my entire life, but just days after I painted them, they came in for a visit. Theres always magic in the air at Burning Man.Related content

I'm pretty sure they hold a contest every year. Could be wrong, though. In any event, I would hate to get in the way of your starving! Whatever you're doing is working as is.

A brilliant image which I feel decerves a lot more comment's and favst than it got.
The amount of details you've botherd to put into this really amazes me! It looks to me like you've used two different styles here. The archway with the mask and the ladybugs has more depth to it than the rest of the picture. Was this you intent?

Thanks. Theres definately a variety of styles and technique involved here. This poster is for a festival with an eclectic mix of old world, new world, and fantasy world motifs. The design of this poster is a reflection of that odd mix. Do a google search on burning man images and you may get some sense of what I mean.
