Ability: Snow Warning/Ice Body
Hidden Ability: Frozen Body*
Signature Move: Flash Freeze*

Description: Rumor has it that a child went alone to the snowy mountains and was frozen alive and turned into Psycicle. The pokemon inside is actually Psycicle and is using it's psychic powers to from an ice armor around it's small body to defend itself. If a part of it's ice armor is chipped off or is broken, it just grows back by the use of it's psychic powers to freeze the air around it to replace the broken parts. It can freeze the air around it down to a terrifying -20,000 degrees Farenheit. One touch from it's body may cause permanent freezing unless the Psycicle let's you go. When threatened, it flashes a blinding light in the area then freezes all foes.
