Description
Another piece from Devotion. This started out as a joke where i said i was going to draw a child spitting out a bird. In the end, i thought it would be cool like a child humming. I also tried using more hatching and shading than before. I am still limited by my brush control, but it is getting a little tighter. Let me know what you think!Related content

im not to fond of the concept but the delivery is powerful.your technique with just 2 colours is pretty fucking flawless(ish,kids forehead but thats just niggling details that dont matter)

Splendid! When I was young I was told a myth about back in ancient times- when people sneezed they thought their soul was trying to escape so that is why they started saying 'God bless you' so the soul would return to the body. I thought of that story when I saw this.

The humming bird's head is a bit disconnected from the body, maybe make the body a bit more solid to go with the head? Great idea and texture!!
