Thanks. The logic behind it was that he was originally part of the military. They probably wouldn't want to waste money giving armour to the guy with a healing factor and unbreakable bones but still want to show uniformity so it's just composed of normal clothes, basic shoulder armour and leg covers. Any Requests for future stuff?
