I don't see a problem with the skin tone but living in the Pacific Northwest that's normal. So it doesn't look even remotely out of place. That's the color of all of our skin right out of winter with maybe a little spring on it.

Actually I think the model is perfect for the shot. Her fair skin seems to draw you away from the scenery in the background that would normally blend the shot.
Also the location of the shot is great, for some reason it seems almost "cozy" like. Probably because I can't see the rest of the field, and my mind want to think it's a small closed off field.
I think there are too many others who use darker skinned models in outdoor shots to give the color balance and it loses it's ability to catch your eye.
