I think it's composited and framed very nicely. The colors contrast very well. I think it would help if the TARDIS interior were colored as well. The interior is the only part that seems a little off from the rest of it. A little white/cream and green might help. I'd also suggest a little bit of texture on the Daleks. They look crisp and clean, but just a slight amount of wear on them will create the illusion of depth that is lacking with completely flat colors. Other than those minor details I think that it is just about perfect.
