Background: Born with a power level of 108. His real father left him and his mother when he was born. His mother, Cauli refused to tell Rez anything about him, saying that he was no-good and that she was the only parent that Rez needed. He and his mother lived on a distant planet named Yustaria, a planet home to many different species who have landed there seeking refuge from the Tyrants that invaded their worlds. However one specific tyrant had tracked these fugitives down. His name was Lord Tundra, an Ice-jin who had conquered and enslaved many other planets in his name. Tundra ordered his soldiers to go forth and claim the land for him. His soldiers did as they were told, climbing into their space pods and launching themselves through the Yustaria's Atmosphere. Cauli immediately sensed the danger that was approaching and put the six-year old Rez into an emergency space pod that she and Rez's father used to escape the destruction of planet Vegeta. Rez watched helplessly from inside the pod as his mother's face disappeared from view and the sound of blood-curdling screams filled the air. The pod finished the launch countdown and shot up from the ground. Rez shouted mother over and over again as he began to rise high above the horrible scene that took place below. Tundra saw Rez's pod leaving the atmosphere but decided to let him be, thinking that he would be no future threat. After months of drifting through space Rez finally reached the coordinates that his mother dialed into the auto-pilot program, the planet Earth. He landed somewhere deep in the wilds, far from civilization. Rez took in his surroundings, then balled up in the pod and cried. He sat there alone in the pod all night, having nightmares about the event that took away his mother and his home. The Next morning, Goku flew overhead of the forest, heading back to his home after spending the night over at the look out. He saw the crater and the pod that was lodged within. He landed in the crater then walked over to the pod and peered inside. There lay Rez, hugging his knees tight and sleeping soundly within. Goku awoke Rez from his sleep, alarming him. Goku calmed him down, and asked him his name. Rez told Goku everything that happened, bursting into tears after words. Goku smiled and lifted him up from the pod, noticing the solid black tail that dangled from behind Rez. Goku smiled even wider and asked Rez if he wanted to come live with him. Rez nodded and then they both took off. Goku took Rez under his wing, making him an official part of the Son family. As the years went by, Rez trained with Goku and his friends, hoping to become strong so he can one day seek revenge on the person who killed his mother and save his planet.

Yeah, that was the longest description I ever typed. Sorry about that, I just thought that no one really knew that much about Rez so I did this to clear up any questions about him. Anyways enjoy!
