This make me think of the coloured pictures in a tube I used to get as a child with colouring felts, and I would painstaking colour each section a different colour, and any the same shape/pattern the same colour.

wow - thats awesome -great texture- I love doing mirrored drawings - I'm hooked on making things as balanced as possible - it bugs me when my left and right sides don't jive - so I started actually drawing it once then flipping it right over.
