I've seen a few Starfleet Battlestar designs, and figured I'd try my own hand at one.

The USS Galactica (NX-85811) was designed alongside the USS Typhon, in direct competition with it in the bid for a new Starfleet Carrier.

Launched in 2376, the Galactica was the only ship of her class commissioned. Whilst she performed well, it was felt that the Typhon showed more promise.

This pack comes with two versions of the Galactica, one with the launchbay doors open, and one with them closed. The model with the open launchbay has interior details, including fighters and shuttlecraft within the bay.
It also comes with a model of the Valkyrie and Shuttlecraft, scaled appropriately.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Armaments: Type-X array (11).
Valkyrie Armaments: Type X cannons (2), Type IX array (1), Photon torpedo launcher (1), Photon torpedoes (6).

Crew Compliment: 225 (Main Ship), 50 (Launch Crew), 30 (Pilots).

Speed: Warp 9.5 (cruising), Warp 9.75 (Max).

Support Craft: Type 9 Shuttlecraft (8), Type 1 Valkyrie (20).

Length: 290m

Height: 50m

Width: 140m
