Week 2 of the year of Derpy! Sorry for the bad quality of the photo, didn't have very good lighting when I was taking it!What do you guys think?

I only have two more zucchini muffins in my freezer, but you are welcome to them Derpy. I'll make more once my zucchini plants grow. Nothing better than home grown ingredients.
I think it looks really good, I like your style for the mane. Makes it look more real. However it seems to draw my eyes away from Derpy. There is just so much detail in it and not much detail in anything else.
The little line for the inside of the ear I think should have continued up higher. One of the things I have noticed in my drawings is that I will try to make things fit. It is ok for things to go off the page, or in this case be covered by the box.
Last thing: the eyes. The right eye seems to bubble out. It's not a nice smooth curve like the left eye is. Also, if you can, try not to outline the white spots in the eye. It might just be my opinion but I think it will look better.
Overall I really like it. I love the expression, and the muffin crumbs on the side of the box. I have felt the same way whenever I discover that I have unknowingly finish off something really good.

I have actually moved the line on the ear up already xD Just haven;t got a picture of the updated version xD and I want to add more detail to the eyes, I just cant figure out a way to do so, I should really look at how eyes actually look, but I have yet to get round to that.
With regards to the eyes being different sizes, this be true, I was trying to draw this piece without using any references and I discovered that the eyes were vastly different in size as I begun to shade the mane, so I did what i could to correct it xD and usually I rub out the outlines of the white bit but I completely forgot in this xD

For the eyes I have noticed them do two different things. I think the difference is how close they are. They will either fade from dark light then back to medium for the bottom, or do colored stripes. They will have a base color then do a stripe of medium then a stripe of light under it then back to the base color.

I want to do a style of eye that doesnt leave it being made of block colours, like make her eyes more realistic, but i still need to practice drawing real eyes xD

Real eye's are hard. I have seen some very good drawings though, but I haven't even tried to make real eyes yet. Good luck XD.
