hmmm are you supposed to eat this?
last time I've been to a fancy restaurant and they served me some designer food-crap like that, I was looking at the plate for some time, the attendant came on me and asked "everything's ok sir?", I said yeah all is cool, but this is so beautiful that I cannot eat it, now bring me the real one hahahaha. I hate such places the good is good looking but it sucks big time on taste and money

hahaha yeah the chocolate on that plate might be a bit problematic to eat. On second thought I would grab a piece of bread and scoop it hahahahahaha! At least I wouldn't use my fingers which is somewhat inappropriate lol! But bread is ok hahahaa!
Whenever I tasted "designer" food like that it tasted awful: a mix of tastes that try to immitate something, or get you somewhere but they don;t, in the end it tastes really crap lol! Then again, my tastes are simple when it comes to food

Suppose thats not a bad idea actually. Sometimes they can make some pretty horrible tasting food which looks great. The worst thing ive even been given was a salt and avocado ice drink between courses and it wasnt very pleasant. Luckily this place made things look and taste great which was good
